Fine Art BaHons level 5 group show, the brief of ‘Tentacular Thinking’. Longley investigates human connections in an increasingly connectionless world.

The artist’s response ‘Tethers’ (100 x 30 cm, cardboard, plaster bandage, fabric scraps) is an experimental mixed media sculpture that explores human connections in a growingly disconnected world.

Fabric chains interlinking the windows of an industrial tower, explore the six degrees of separation theory, indulging in the idea that everyone on this planet is connected through a chain of only six mutual connections.
